Vehicle
traded in at 26458 kilometres. Excellent price given and the right time to
replace before new "BUSH UNFRIENDLY" VERSIONS are introduced.
Treatment by Sales Staff at Fury Ford, Rivonia is excellent and their attitude very helpful |

Vehicle finish better than last |
Pre-delivery
service and vehicle handover comments:
1. Pre-delivery seems to have been done well - everything working properly at this stage
2. Introduced to Parts Manager and Service Manager as well as Dealer Principal so you know who to speak to as opposed to just any clerk
3. Actual vehicle handover done very professionally
4. I get the feeling that these Sales guys are doing everything properly
5. Even a full tank of gas |

Easter weekend buggered - vehicle will not start due to
"WHO KNOWS WHAT?" - had to wait until April 22 to get it taken away. |
Responses good so far except my one chance to get away was
totaled. |
Ford very good as usual. |

Alarm still going off on its own when not supposed to - it would appear that they are training "mental retards" as repairmen nowadays. Surely it is possible to correct defects. CSI Index hitting rock bottom again. |

Got vehicle back from Dealer finally - wrong gear lock pin sent back to me - sorry - but, this is dinkum rotten service from their workshops -
18 days of being unfit for use - a record????? Shurlok system blamed for everything when it is not their fault at all. The dealers mechanic put a screw through a wire and this was the cause of all the trouble. The fact that the electrician could not find this makes the mind boggle. |
Dealer to sort out his problems in a hurry
- typical South African poor service |
Ford
needs to sort out Dealer workshops generally |

VEHICLE OFF
ROAD 14 more days, due to electrical faults caused by dealer. Eventually fixed and Matrix
Tracking system blamed. Taken to DC Electrical who cured it and
disconnected the Matrix. Blind leading the blind but finally it works.
Dealer starting to wake up. New Matrix unit fitted. |
Ja Well
No Fine |
Not a
Ford problem but they are watching dealer performance |

I would
have thought there would be some follow-up - NONE AT ALL - vehicle
performing perfectly now but the dealer neither cares or knows. Will find
another servicing dealer - these people do not deserve to get business
from anyone. |
Bye, Bye

Don't
worry, I will buy again but not from Fury |

Hit an ox
on the way back in Zimbabwe, almost no damage due to bull bar protection.
Will never buy another 4x4 and not fit a bull bar. |
